PRESIDENT'S LIST

 50% tuition fee discount on 21 units enrolled excluding Misc. and other fees.

  1. Final grade per subject of 89 (except NSTP)
  2. Final General Weighted Average (GWA) between 93 -100

DEAN'S LIST

 Php1,000 incentive discount on tuition.

GUERRERO GRANT

 FOR PROFESSED NOVICES, NUNS and DEACONS, PRIESTS 100% tuition fee discount on 21 units enrolled excluding Misc. and other fees.
  • Must maintain a minimum GWA of 80% per semester for Undergraduate/College and 88%-90% per semester for Graduate/Master’s Studies.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Accomplished UA Scholarship Application in G FORM
  2. Photocopy of Graduate School Assessment Form
  3. Recommendation letter from the Archbishop of San Fernando (P)
  4. NOT MORE THAN 45 years old

CINENSE GRANT

 100% tuition fee discount, on 21 units enrolled excluding Misc. and other fees
  • Enrolled in the College of Education-BSED major in Values Education/ Religious Education
  • Must maintain the RETENTION POLICY of the School of Education on Board Programs
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Accomplished UA Scholarship Application in G FORM
  2. Photocopy of GRADE 12 FORM 137
  3. Accomplished Recommendation Letter by the Parish Priest or Archdiocesan School
  4. Photocopy of College Assessment Form

UA STUDENT ASSISTANTS

 Up to 100% DISCOUNT ON 21 UNITS ENROLLED excluding Misc. and other Fees.
  • Must maintain a minimum GWA of 80 per semester and a minimum of 85% Evaluation from the Supervisor.
 REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Accomplished UA Scholarship Application in G FORM
  2. Letter of Application duly signed by parents/ guardian
  3. Recommendation Letter from the Parish Priest for Catholic and Pastor for NON- Catholic
  4. Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the school last attended
  5. Report Card/Official List of Grades on recent courses taken
  6. Three months Billing Statement of Electric Consumption
  7. ONE (1) 2x2 Picture
  8. Sketch the ROUTE of the applicant’s residence (include a LANDMARK) from UA to the Residence of the applicant.

UA CHORALE

 		 Up to 100% DISCOUNT ON 21 UNITS ENROLLED excluding Misc. and other Fees- Scholarship DISCOUNT shall be based on the performance point given by the trainor and noted by the University President.
  • Must maintain a minimum GWA of 80 per semester
REQUIREMENT:
  1. Accomplished UA Scholarship Application in G FORM
  2. A bona fide member of the Performing Arts for, at least, one term, and has complied with all the requirements of the membership, including pre-membership training.
  3. Physically fit, free from vices, and mentally prepared to undergo rigid training

UA DANCE TROUPE

 		 Up to 100% DISCOUNT ON 21 UNITS ENROLLED excluding Misc. and other Fees- Scholarship DISCOUNT shall be based on the performance point given by the trainor and noted by the University President.
  • Must maintain a minimum GWA of 80 per semester
REQUIREMENT:
  1. Accomplished UA Scholarship Application in G FORM
  2. A bona fide member of the Performing Arts for, at least, one term, and has complied with all the requirements of the membership, including pre-membership training.

UA ATHLETES

 		 Up to 100% DISCOUNT ON 21 UNITS ENROLLED excluding Misc. and other Fees- Scholarship DISCOUNT shall be based on the result of the tryouts given by the coach and noted by the sports Coordinator
  • Must maintain a minimum GWA of 78 per semester
REQUIREMENTS: 
  1. Accomplished UA Scholarship Application in G FORM
  2. Has complied with all the requirements of the membership, including pre-membership try outs.
  3. Physically fit, free from vices, and mentally prepared to undergo rigid training.

W/ HIGHEST HONORS

 100% DISCOUNT - Scholarship DISCOUNT will be applied net of Tuition Fees excluding government voucher/ ESC for one Academic Year. REQUIREMENTS
  1. Accomplished UA Scholarship Application in G FORM
  2. Photocopy of GRADE 10 FORM 137
  3. Photocopy of Certificate of Recognition from the Principal that the applicant graduated with Highest Honors

W/ HIGH HONORS

 50% DISCOUNT - Scholarship DISCOUNT will be applied net of Tuition Fees excluding government voucher/ ESC for one Academic Year. Status of scholarship for Grade 12 tuition fee discount is based on the academic performance in both semesters of Grade 11. The discount is split equally:
  • 1st Semester Computation (50% of total discount)
  • 2nd Semester Computation (50% of total discount)
Each award level contributes to the final discount:
  • Highest Honors = 100% of assigned portion
  • High Honors = 50% of assigned portion
  • With Honors = 0% of assigned portion
Therefore:
  • Highest Honors in both semesters → 100% discount
  • Highest Honors + High Honors → 75% discount
  • High Honors in both semesters → 50% discount

YSLEP (Youth Servant Leader Program) Caritas

 		 Php. 7,500 DISCOUNT per Semester will be applied on the existing balance in Tuition Fees Php 2,000 allowance per month given to the grantee
  • Must maintain a minimum GWA of 85 per semester
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Accomplished YSLEP Scholarship Application Form
  2. Recommendation from CMIP/Parish
  3. Certified True Copy of latest Report Card
  4. Photocopy of Birth/Baptismal Certificate
