Based on the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) provided to the employees of the university, seminars in Special Package in Social Sciences (SPSS) were deemed necessary to be held. SPSS is a comprehensive and flexible statistical analysis and data management solution. It can take data from almost any type of file and use them to generate tabulated reports, charts and plots of distributions and trends, descriptive statistics and conduct complex statistical analyses.
Dr. Arnel T. Sicat, Director for Research and Planning, Mr. Joel Q. Calaguas, Researcher for Planning and Evaluation and Mr. Emmanuel M. Bagtas, Researcher for Academics have provided hands-on seminars to 16 administrators and employees of the university. It is an ongoing activity to train at least 64 teaching and non-teaching personnel who periodically evaluate activities.
