UAJHS ADMISSION IS NOW ACCEPTING APPLICANTS (Online and In-Person) FOR AY 2026-2027.

For Incoming Grade 7

Accomplish the UAJHS Admission Form 1, and pay the Application Fee of Php 400.00. *For walk-in applicants, get the application form at the UAJHS Guidance Office. APPLICATION FEE IS WAIVED FOR UAGS GRADUATES. Modes of Payment
  • UA Cashier (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM)

Submit the requirements at jhs.guidance@ua.edu.ph .

Admission Requirements:

  • Scanned/ Clear Copy of Latest Grades
  • Scanned/ Clear Copy of Good Moral Certificate
  • Scanned Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • Recent 2×2 ID Picture (White Background with Name Tag)
  • Copy of the proof of payment (Application Fee)

*For incoming Grade 7 from UAGS, please submit soft copy of PSA and 2×2 picture at jhs.guidance@ua.edu.ph .

Please make sure to submit all the required documents.

Kindly indicate your complete name and grade level in the email subject. (Example: DELA CRUZ, JUAN – GRADE 7 APPLICANT)

*For walk-in applicants, submit the requirements to the UAJHS Guidance Office.

The response to your application will be sent via email. Take the entrance examination and have the interview on the scheduled date. For online applicants, submit hard copies of the requirements on the scheduled date of the entrance examination.
Issuance of Student Number and Enrollment Details

For Grades 8 and 9 Transferees

Visit the UAJHS GUIDANCE OFFICE for initial assessment and issuance of application form.

Submit the requirements at the UAJHS GUIDANCE OFFICE.

Admission Requirements:

  • Scanned/ Clear Copy of Latest Grades
  • Scanned/ Clear Copy of Good Moral Certificate
  • Scanned Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • Recent 2×2 ID Picture (White Background with Name Tag)
  • Copy of the proof of payment (Application Fee)

For Transferees (Grades 8 and 9):
Must have at least a general average of 85
