ITRS Theological Research Presentation

On the final day of the University of the Assumption’s 62nd founding anniversary celebration (January 24, 2025), the Institute of Theological and Religious Studies hosted a theological research presentation at the UA Audio-Visual Room.

The event, attended by members of the UA executive committee, staff, and students, featured four insightful theological papers presented by Mr. Kenjie Cortez, Mr. James Emerson Manez, Rev. John Lu Nucum, and the university president, Rev. Fr. Oliver G. Yalung. The papers explored themes of hope and spirituality in various societal contexts, emphasizing the need for different sectors to come together in building a hopeful Church for the future generations.
