Eco-Farm Site Visit

On February 26, 2025, the UA Environmental Program researchers visited the UA Eco Farm in San Jose, Matulid, Mexico, Pampanga. The group consists of the following members: Dr. Emmanuel M. Bagtas, Ms. Christine Joy G. Bitor, and Ms. Jamm Colline A. Panlilio from the Research and Planning Office (RPO); Ms. Alice P. Rodriguito from the School of Business and Public Administration (SBPA) and RPO, Ms. Donna P. Simbulan from the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (CHTM), Ms. Steffy Jean P. Sengson from the School of Education (SED); and assisted by Mr. Norbert John S. Garcia from the Community Extension Office (CEO).
The main objective of the ocular visit was to observe the current state of the farm and determine significant solutions to the identified problems, thus contributing to an environmental and sustainable program. Aside from the visit, the RPO, CEO, and researchers will disseminate a survey questionnaire to assess the impact of the University of the Assumption’s Environmental Program, particularly at the UA Eco Farm.
