UASHS successfully conducted its Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the theme: “Reimagining Work Immersion: Reviewing Existing Implementation and Enhancing Alignment with the Strengthened Curriculum.”

The activity gathered partner institutions, including representatives from the Department of Science and Technology, Department of Agriculture, Talete King Panyulung Kapampangan Inc., Philippine Red Cross, and Mexico Community Hospital, along with Level Coordinators from the UA College of Nursing and Pharmacy, teachers, and selected UASHS Grade 12 students.
The FGD was held under the supervision of the Immersion Teachers and Immersion Coordinator, Ms. Mary Grace Cu-Unjieng. Present were UASHS Principal Ms. Chrysanta S. Rodriguez and AVPAA – School of Education Dr. Ruth Balajadia Ducut. It was facilitated by Academic Chair Mr. Albert B. Martinez. The discussion provided a platform to evaluate the Work Immersion Program in terms of preparation, deployment, supervision, and workplace experience, identifying strengths and areas for improvement aligned with the strengthened curriculum.
