Project MedX: Medical Emergency Simulation Exercise

The Asia Pacific Alliance for Disaster Management (A-PAD) Philippines conducted Project MedX: Medical Emergency Simulation Exercise at the University of the Assumption from July 13 to 14, 2026, equipping school personnel and staff with essential knowledge and practical skills to respond effectively during medical emergencies and natural disasters.
As Central Luzon remains vulnerable to various natural hazards such as earthquakes, typhoons, and flooding, the initiative reinforces the importance of preparedness and resilience within educational institutions. Through Project MedX, A-PAD Philippines aims to enhance the capacity of schools to protect lives, minimize risks, and ensure a more coordinated and effective response during disasters and other emergency situations.
