UANEXUS: UA welcomes freshmen with PAMUKLAT 2026

The University of the Assumption (UA) welcomed its incoming freshmen through PAMUKLAT 2026, held on July 31, 2026, at the Archbishop Emilio Cinense Gymnasium, with the theme “UANEXUS.”

Organized by the UACSC, Recognized Student Organizations, and university partners, the event featured a freshman parade, the traditional Pagmamano, department performances, and the official launch of the UA Student Wellness Program and Nexus initiative.

University President Rev. Fr. Oliver G. Yalung welcomed the freshmen and encouraged them to embrace friendship, growth, and camaraderie as they begin their Assumption journey.

The celebration continued at the St. Thomas Aquinas Students’ Courtyard (STASCY), where RSOs prepared booths and activities for the new students.

PAMUKLAT 2026 officially set the stage for a new academic year as UA welcomed its newest members into the Assumptionist community.
