Dr. Emmanuel M. Bagtas of the Research and Extension Office Wins PERAA TOPM First Place Award

The University of the Assumption community congratulates Dr. Emmanuel M. Bagtas of the Research and Extension Office for winning the First Place at the Administrative Staff Category of the National Search for The Outstanding PERAA Members (TOPM). The Awarding Ceremony was held at the William Cameron Forbes Ballroom of Baguio Country Club in Baguio City last September 11, 2026.
