Celebrating Excellence: UA Shines at the PRISAA Regional Meet 2026

We extend our warmest congratulations to all our outstanding athletes for their remarkable achievements at the PRISAA Regional Meet 2026. Your dedication, discipline, and unwavering spirit have once again brought pride and honor to our university.

The UA Taekwondo Team delivered an exceptional performance, dominating multiple categories:

  • Youth Boys Poomsae – Overall Champion
  • Youth Girls Poomsae – Overall Champion
  • Youth Men Kyorugi – Overall Champion
  • Tertiary Men Poomsae – Overall 1st Runner-Up
  • Tertiary Women Poomsae – Overall 1st Runner-Up
  • Tertiary Men Kyorugi – Overall 1st Runner-Up

In the pool, the UA Swimming Team demonstrated endurance and excellence:

  • 12–15 Boys – 1st Runner-Up Overall
  • 15–18 Boys – 1st Runner-Up Overall
  • 15–18 Girls – 1st Runner-Up Overall

On the court, the UA Basketball Girls Team rose above the competition, proudly claiming the title of Champions of the PRISAA Regional Meet 2026—a truly inspiring victory! Meanwhile, the 3×3 Men’s Basketball Team also showcased grit and teamwork, finishing strong as 1st Runner-Up.

Adding to UA’s success, the UA Table Tennis Team brought home an impressive collection of gold, silver, and bronze medals, while the UA Badminton Team secured both gold and silver finishes. The UA Athletics Team also contributed to the medal haul, earning silver and bronze honors.

We also commend our College Women (Indoor Volleyball) and High School Girls (Beach Volleyball) teams for their participation and commendable effort in representing UA at the regional meet.

These achievements reflect not only athletic excellence but also the values of perseverance, teamwork, and sportsmanship that define our institution. We are incredibly proud of each athlete, coach, and supporter who contributed to this success.
