Consulting Practices and Collaborative Efforts to Develop Adaptive Learning Materials Using AI Tools

On April 23, a consulting seminar was conducted at UA Café Maria for faculty members of the School of Business (SOB). The event was attended by 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨, 𝐀𝐕𝐏𝐀𝐀; 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐳, 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐎𝐀; 𝐃𝐫. 𝐈𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐠; 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐅𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚.

The session focused on 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙚𝙛𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥 𝙖𝙙𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙨 𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙄 𝙩𝙤𝙤𝙡𝙨. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝗴, 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, shared their expertise and practical insights on the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into teaching and learning processes. The discussion emphasized effective strategies for designing personalized and flexible learning materials to address diverse student needs.

The seminar served as a valuable platform for academic exchange, fostering new perspectives and encouraging innovative approaches to enhancing education through AI. It also strengthened institutional connections and opened opportunities for future collaboration.
