Day 4: Campus Tour and Cultural Experience

On Day 4, the students participated in a campus tour and a courtesy visit, giving them the opportunity to explore the university’s facilities and engage with its academic community.

As part of the campus tour, the students visited various departments and offices, including the Grade School, Junior High School, and Senior High School. They also had the chance to see the university’s new TSIRU Building, which showcases the institution’s continued development and commitment to providing modern learning spaces.

The courtesy visit included a meaningful meeting with the University President, Rev. Fr. Oliver Yalung; the Vice President for Administration (VPA), Rev. Fr. Edgar Calma; and the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA), Dr. Arnel Sicat. This interaction allowed the students to gain insights into the university’s leadership, vision, and academic direction.

The students also visited the Giant Lantern and the Tourism Information Center, where they learned more about the local culture and ongoing tourism initiatives.

To complete the experience, the students enjoyed a selection of Filipino dishes, giving them a taste of the country’s rich and diverse culinary heritage.
