Level 1 Research Ethics Committee by the Philippine Health Research Ethics Board (PHREB)
We proudly announce that the University of the Assumption Research Ethics Board (UAREB) has been accredited as a Level 1 Research Ethics Committee by the Philippine Health Research Ethics Board (PHREB), following review and recommendation from the Committee on Standards and Accreditation (PHREB-CSA), effective 04 August 2026.
This milestone reflects UAREB’s steadfast commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical, responsible, and quality-driven research. It further strengthens the University of the Assumption’s dedication to protecting the rights, safety, dignity, and welfare of research participants while promoting integrity and excellence in research.
