ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE & REQUIREMENTS
The University of the Assumption Grade School is now accepting applicants for Academic Year 2026-2027 for Junior Kinder (4 years old), Senior Kinder (5 years old), and Grade 1 to Grade 6.

Here are the steps that will assist you in the application process:
Accomplish the Online Application Form and pay Php400.00 application fee at the UA Cashier or via Gcash.

Admission Requirements:
- Scanned copy of Birth Certificate
- Scanned copy of Latest Report card (for applicants with school background)
- Scanned copy Good Moral Certificate (for applicants with school background)
- 2 copies of 2×2 recent photos with nametag (white background)
- Proof of Payment of Testing Fee
Kindly check the status of your application and the applicant’s assessment schedule in the email address you provided.
Take the assessment on the scheduled date at the UAGS GAO Testing Room.
Acceptance Letters will be issued to qualified applicants, who may then enroll on the official enrollment dates.
The UAGS Guidance & Admissions Office accommodates Walk-In Applicants with COMPLETE ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 7:45 AM to 11:45AM.
